The NAFEM Show was cancelled in 2021 due to the impact of COVID-19 and rising cases in Florida. Power Knot returns to the NAFEM 2023 Show with new technology and updates.

Power Knot’s LFC biodigester is a fully enclosed automatic digesting machine that disposes of food waste within a 24 hour period. Once installed, you can add food waste at any time. Micro-organisms turn the food waste into grey water which can be safely discharged to the sewage system.

The LFC biodigester comes in eight different sizes with our industry-leading technology.

LFC-200 biodigester

The LFC-200 is a fully enclosed automatic biodigester that safely disposes of 70–600 kg (150–1320 lb) of food waste each 24 hours with no noise or odor.

SBT bin tipper

SBT Bin tipper used to move high volumes of waste into containers.

WEP-100P

WEP-100 effluent pump used to pump water above ground level drains.

Powerchips Green

Multiple pieces of Powerchips Green, a medium used in LFC biodigesters to speed the digestion of the food waste placed in the machine. These chips are highly porous to create an environment where the microorganisms in the Powerzyme can rapidly reproduce to digest the organic material faster.
